These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and related guidelines ("Terms"), constitute a legally binding agreement between BISHNOI GLOBAL COUNCIL("BGC", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("you" or "your"). They apply to your use of our website, mobile application, event registrations, job portal, business directory, and related community services (collectively, "Services").

These terms also govern participation in the Bishnoi Global Convention & Expo 2026 scheduled from 18th September 2026 to 20th September 2026 at Jodhpur (Rajasthan), including exhibitor stall bookings and visitor registrations.

By using our website or mobile app, creating an account, registering for events, posting jobs, listing a business, or submitting a commercial booking request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and profile setup. You are responsible for all activity through your account on the website and mobile app.
• Individual accounts may browse jobs, apply for roles, register as job seekers, and submit business inquiries. Business accounts may manage listings, post jobs, and respond to inquiries subject to admin approval where applicable.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or suitability of third-party content such as job posts, business listings, or event details. You use the platform at your own risk.
• Website and app content, including design, logos, layouts, and directory data, is proprietary to BGC unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying or misuse may result in legal action.
• You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes or to post misleading, harmful, or fraudulent content.

You agree to pay all charges associated with the Services as advertised on the website.

• Payment Processor: Online payments for eligible services (including expo stall bookings) are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay.
• Currency: All payments are processed strictly in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Binding Contract: Initiating a payment forms a legally binding request for the selected Services. No stall booking is confirmed until Razorpay reports a successful transaction and BGC verifies the booking.

Force Majeure: Performance failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, war, or government regulations, shall be excused.

Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of the website or Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings must be initiated under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
