Legal Acknowledgement
By registering, you agree to all terms set forth by the Bishnoi Global Council.
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of Exhibitors in the Bishnoi Global Expo 2026 scheduled from 18th September 2026 to 20th September 2026 at Jodhpur.
By registering for the event through the official website or offline booking channels, the Exhibitor confirms they are legally bound by these terms. This event is organized and managed by the Bishnoi Global Council.
2. Space, Facilities & Pricing
Standard Stall
Minimum Area: 9 sq. meters (3×3m)
₹15,000 + 18% GST
- Fascia with Stall Name
- Basic Lighting (3 Spotlights)
- 1 Laminated Table & 2 Chairs
- 15A/5A Universal Socket
Premium Stall
Enhanced Area: 16 sq. meters (4×4m)
₹25,000 + 18% GST
- Prime High-Traffic Location
- Enhanced Branding Visibility
- 2 Tables & 4 Chairs
- Priority Entry Access
Payment Schedule:
- Advance: To be paid at the time of booking to secure the stall.
- Balance: To be cleared by 15th August 2026.
- Bank Details: BISHNOI GLOBAL COUNCIL | HDFC Bank, C Road Jodhpur
3. Allocation of Space
The Expo is exclusively for Bishnoi community businesses and sustainable entrepreneurs. Allotment will be finalized once all stalls are booked, based on floor layout and product category.
Final allocation is subject to full payment. Height restrictions and aesthetic consistency will be enforced for all stalls. Pre-approval is required for taller installations.
4. Setup & Timings
Expo Operational Hours
Daily: 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM
Visitor Entry: Free with Registration
Important Deadlines
Setup Completion: 17th Sept (8 PM)
Dismantling: 21st Sept (4 PM)
5. Cancellation Policy
If an exhibitor cancels or withdraws from the Expo, the full amount paid will be forfeited. Sub-letting or sharing of stalls without prior written permission is not permitted.
Note: Force Majeure events are handled separately (refer to section 14 in full draft).
Agreement & Acknowledgment
By submitting your application and completing the payment, the exhibitor confirms having read and agreed to all the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jodhpur (Rajasthan) only.
