This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all commercial space allocations, stall bookings, sponsorships, registrations, and services availed through the official portal of the Bishnoi Global Council (BGC).

1. Strict No Refund Policy

All payments made towards stall bookings, sponsorships, or commercial space allocations for the **Bishnoi Global Expo 2026** are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. By proceeding with the transaction on our website, you explicitly agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued for change of plans, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or personal/business circumstances.
  • Stall allocations are committed and resources are reserved immediately upon confirmation of the payment; hence, payments cannot be reversed.

2. Non-Transferability of Bookings

Stall bookings, ticket entries, and exhibitor credentials are strictly non-transferable.

  • No changes can be made to the registered exhibitor company name or profile details after the booking is approved.
  • Entry and stall setup will only be permitted to the individual or business entity whose details were originally submitted during the booking process.
  • Official identity verification and GST registration proof may be requested by the organizing committee at the time of event check-in.

3. Booking Rejection & Refund Timelines

There are specific circumstances under which refunds are initiated:

  • Application Rejection: If a stall application is submitted along with payment, but gets rejected by the Bishnoi Global Council Admin team during verification (prior to layout assignment), a 100% refund will be processed.
  • Failed Transactions: If money is debited from your account but the payment gateway reports a failure status, the bank will automatically reverse the transaction.

Refund Processing Timeline: Any approved refunds will be credited back to the original source account (UPI ID, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking) within 7-10 working days from the date of refund approval.
