Retail Sales executive

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Sales Executive with at least 3 years of hands-on retail sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products • Achieve individual and store sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis • Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately • Maintain proper product display as per visual merchandising guidelines • Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate for replenishment • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction • Ensure store cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with company policies • Support promotional activities, offers, and in-store campaigns • Prepare basic sales reports and coordinate with the store manager Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales (fashion, electronics, FMCG, lifestyle, or similar) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good knowledge of products, pricing, and sales techniques • Basic computer knowledge and POS/billing software experience • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills • Ability to work in shifts, on weekends, and during peak sales periods Preferred Qualities: • Target-oriented and result-driven • Presentable, confident, and professional • Team player with a positive attitude Education: • Minimum 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
